By accessing or using the UXM Training website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

Course Registration & Payment

Course registrations are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to secure your spot. Full payment terms will be provided at the time of registration.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund policies will be provided at the time of registration. Generally, cancellations made more than 14 days before a course are eligible for a full refund or transfer to a future course. Cancellations within 14 days may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Safety & Liability

Participation in firearms training involves inherent risks. All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver before participating in any course. Participants are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by instructors.

Required Equipment

Participants are responsible for bringing required equipment as specified in pre-course communications. UXM Training reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone without proper equipment or who fails to meet safety requirements.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times. UXM Training reserves the right to remove any participant who violates safety rules or behaves inappropriately, without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and course materials, is the property of UXM Training and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

UXM Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our courses.
